Pay As You Go

This is our most flexible service.

Pre-Pay Block Time

If you prefer a structured approach to support time then we can offer block time. This provides a number of benefits.

Managed Service Contract

Managed contracts allow us to provide you with a structured service at a fixed cost.

Pay As You Go

This is our most flexible service and has the following key features.

No Contract Tie-ins

If you're not happy with the service for any reason just tell us, we will do our best to provide you with a great service but at the end of the day you are free to change provider at any time.

No Monthly Retainer

You only pay for the time that you use, we provide access to our helpdesk where you can view any chargeable time as well as non-chargeable time.

Monthly In Arrears

We invoice at the end of each month, with time broken down in to tickets and onsite and remote support time.

Structured Pricing

We charge for our onsite time as a minimum of 1 hour then 15 minute increments or for remote support we charge in 15 minute increments.

Flexible Structure

Either a budget a fixed monthly amount and buy blocks or purchase blocks of time and use them until they are finished.

Easy Budgeting

You purchase blocks of time each month and draw down on them, our system maintains a list of any time used and allocates it accordingly.

Carry Time Over

You may have an upcoming project and wish to save time up, we allow you to carry time over from month to month and then use it when it suits you.

Managed contracts allow us to provide you with a structured service at a fixed cost.

We have the ability to build the service to suit your needs from 12 months to 36 months. We provide a complete range of support services to manage your systems and resolve any problems that occur quickly and efficiently. We can proactively monitor your key systems from server and workstations to network equipment ensuring that your business systems keep running. We have a professional team of engineers and a friendly approach and invest heavily in customer service and technical training.

You pick the options that you need and then we do the rest, you have the peace of mind of knowing what the cost will be.

Flexible Service

Build your managed contract from our choice of solutions. This includes the following services:

  • Server support, maintenance and monitoring.
  • Workstation support, maintenance and monitoring.
  • Online backup for servers and workstations with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity options.
  • Managed antivirus from vendors including Sophos, Bitdefender, Kaspersky and McAfee.
  • Managed mail filtering from Mimecast or Sophos.
  • Managed web filtering from Sophos or Symantec.
  • Managed firewall services using Cisco and Sophos.
  • Managed Office 365.
  • Managed voice/phone solutions.

Fully Delivered Service

We manage and deliver the service, if we detect a problem we will deal with it.
