How does it work?

We’ll build a managed service to suit your needs from 12 months to 36 months. We supply a complete range of support services to manage your systems and resolve any problems that occur quickly and efficiently. In addition, we proactively monitor your key systems – from server and workstations to network equipment – ensuring your business systems keep running. Our friendly, professional and highly-qualified team of engineers will look after you.

There are two types of support: reactive and proactive. We will always look for proactive support measures to minimise failures and downtime. This includes constant monitoring and management of systems through to regular automated patching. Keeping systems up to date is a key task to ensure security and reliability. We’ll do our utmost to ensure that a system doesn’t fail, but if a failure does occur, then we’ll be there to provide all the IT support you’ll need and get your business back on track.

In the modern age a disaster is anything that stops you from working and takes down your IT for an extended period. Flexible pay-as-you-go support

Want to be in control? Check out our most flexible and transparent support option – the pay-as-you-go package:

  • No contract tie-ins – We hope you’ll be impressed by our service, but with this option, you’re free to change providers whenever you want.
  • No monthly retainer – You only pay for the time you use; you’ll get access to our helpdesk where you can stay up to date with everything that we’ve done for you in real-time.
  • Pay monthly in arrears – We invoice at the end of each month, with time broken down into tickets and onsite and remote support time.
  • Structured Pricing – We charge for our onsite time as a minimum of two hours followed by 15-minute increments. For remote support we charge in 15-minute increments.
